had Fletcher's Fine Finishes completely repaint the outside of our 2nd story (as
the first story is brick). As a homeowner for 45 years, you tend to question the
firm you have hired for the job at hand. We have had numerous contractors both
inside and out for various projects thru the years. My
wife and I were truly amazed at the timeliness and quality of this large job. |
Wherever necessary, they either completely replaced necessary cedar boards or
sanded, caulked and re-nailed loose cedar boards. As you may know cedar is one
of the most difficult boards to redo and make look like new. We just knew the
paint was applied properly both from a proper surface preparation and weather
considerations. Unlike many contractors, you get
the feeling you are their
only customer they have and you never get the feeling they can
hardly wait
to move on to the next job. They are always looking to please the customer (us)
because they know referrals are what sets their firm apart from the wannabes.
A year later
and the job looks like they just left yesterday.
The
crew showed up daily and on time to work immediately. They were organized, clean,
no loud music, no profanity, courteous to surrounding neighbors and true gentlemen.
It was the type of job you always dream about and are happy to pay for when the
work is completed.
Each night they moved their ladders and equipment out of
the way for our continued use of
our yard. It was as though they were not
even present. They are also fully insured and their professionalism shows. We
had no qualms during the work and have already recommended them to other neighbors
and friends. We have since hired them for other inside work and
again the
job has been completed successfully. Brian runs one of the most professional contractor
firms around. He stands behind his work. You will be pleased as to how fair you
will be treated and shouldn't have that unfortunate experience that occurs
with many other contractors. Their work speaks for his pride in his firm.
